Call for Proposals HIMSS South Central Texas Chapter is seeking speaker proposals for our upcoming winter and spring educational programs. The South Central Texas Chapter of HIMSS (SCTHIMSS) is devoted to better outcomes in the health care industry through educational presentations, networking, and sharing of knowledge.
